To provide seamless academic services for authors, editorial board members, and readers, key arrangements are announced as follows:

1. New Submission Channel

Effective immediately, the journal's original editorial submission email address will no longer accept new manuscripts. All new submissions must be made through Forum Multimedia Publishing's online submission and editorial system (https://ijws.forummmpub.com/).

2. Core Commitments: Continuity and Stability

We solemnly pledge that this change in publisher will not affect the journal's core identity and academic traditions, specifically including:

  • Journal title and ISSN number
  • Publication format and high-quality content standards
  • Core scope and editorial policies

3. Editorial Board Assurance
