1. Article Processing Charges (APC)

All articles published in Forum Multimedia Publishing (FMP) are open access. To provide readers with free access, Article Processing Charges (APC) serve as our sole source of revenue, covering all the operational costs. No fees are charged for rejected articles, and there are no submission fees. Certain content (editorials, corrections, retractions, comments, etc.) is freely available.

Forum Multimedia Publishing (FMP) APC primarily covers the following expenses:

Website Construction: maintenance and operation of the online journal system and website.

Editorial Work: peer review, administrative support, long-term archiving, journal management, and development.

Journal Publication: article production (copy editing, formatting), etc.

Other: such as customer service, etc.

2. Discount & Refund

Discount

FMP will provide discounts or waivers for authors from low-income and middle-income countries who do not have funding to pay APC, based on World Bank and Research4Life. Please note that as part of the initial submission process, authors must submit all APC waiver and discount requests to the editorial office; requests made during or after the review process will not be considered.

Refund

Article Processing Charges are required after a manuscript has been accepted for publication. The journal will not issue refunds of any kind after the manuscript's acceptance.

3. Payment Ways and Instructions

Once your manuscript has been accepted, the corresponding author (or the payment contact provided by the authors) will be notified that payment is due. The article processing fee requires payment within 5 working days. We support the following payment methods:
